Verrill Farm's Valentine's Day Dinner for Two is the perfect way to celebrate in the comfort of your own home with a delicious and special meal!
The Valentine Dinner costs $100 per two people and each meal includes:
One Valentine's Salad for Two
Mixed field greens, roasted Massachusetts’s apples, roasted red onions, spiced pecans, crumbled Great Hill blue cheese and honey white balsamic vinaigrette.
Two Entrees from the Following (one per person)
BRAISED BEEF SIRLOIN
Our own grassfed sirloin beef with a red wine demi-glaze over creamy parmesan polenta with local cheddar and roasted peppers. Served with garlicky broccolini and roasted mushrooms.
PISTACHIO ROASTED COD LOIN
Fresh cod loin topped with pistachio crumbs, accompanied by a basil vinaigrette with coconut milk, lime and honey. Served with lemon basil pappardelle.
CHICKEN SALTIMBOCCA ROULADE
Boneless chicken breast filled with fresh mozzarella, herb breadcrumbs and prosciutto all wrapped with shaved prosciutto. Served with potato gnocchi, sun-dried tomatoes and a mushroom Marsala sauce.
VEGETABLE RAVIOLI & EGGPLANT MEATBALLS
Spinach ravioli and mushroom ravioli with a cauliflower alfredo sauce and homemade eggplant meatballs. Served with sauteed spinach and grilled peppers.

Pistachio Raspberry Mousse Cake, Dark Chocolate Ganache Tart with Espresso Whipped Cream, Ginger Limoncello Cheesecake Bites and Strawberry Macaron
All dinners are accompanied by a long-stemmed rose.

**If you'd like to choose single dinner, please select the meal you'd like for Entree #1 and "none" for Entree #2. You will receive a half portion of salad and mini sampler for dessert.**
When ordering, please select the two entrees you would like. Orders must be placed by Sunday 2/8 and can be picked up in-store on Saturday 2/14 from 12-4pm.
