February 11^th – Meat Lasagne

Entree:  Meat Lasagne - Layered pasta sheets with Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese and ground beef, baked with mozzarella cheese and our own homemade tomato sauce.

Salad: Caesar Salad

Dessert: Homemade Eclairs
