Verrill Farm's Valentine's Day Dinner for Two is the perfect way to celebrate in the comfort of your own home with a delicious and special meal!
The Valentine Dinner costs $100 per two people and each meal includes:
One Cupid's Salad for Two
Mixed field greens, Minneola oranges, roasted beets, toasted pistachios, crumbled Gorgonzola and honey citrus vinaigrette.
Two Entrees from the Following (one per person)
STEAK DIANE
Our own grassfed Beef Ribeye with a brandied Dijon artichoke sauce, green onion potato cake and Haricot Verts with roasted local mushrooms
PAN SEARED DUCK BREAST
With a fig and caramelized onion chutney. Our own celeriac and Yukon Gold potato puree and sauteed broccolini with garlic, lemon and shaved parmesan.
SPICED SALMON FILET
Pan seared salmon with cumin, fennel and smoked paprika, over saffron couscous with asparagus and shrimp. Served with a crab stuffed tomato crown.
PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM, SPINACH AND GOAT CHEESE NAPOLEON
With roasted pepper rosemary sauce and roasted butternut squash.
Dessert Sampler for Two
Passionfruit Craquelin, Chocolate Covered Cheesecake, Mini Red Velvet Whoopie Pies and Chocolate French Macaron with Raspberry Jam
All dinners are accompanied by a long-stemmed rose.

**If you'd like to choose single dinner, please select the meal you'd like for Entree #1 and "none" for Entree #2. You will receive a half portion of salad and mini sampler for dessert.**
When ordering, please select the two entrees you would like. Orders must be placed by Saturday 2/8 and can be picked up in-store on Friday 2/14 from 1-6pm.
